Service Description: Community Development District - Defines the boundaries for the CDD's which are special taxing districts or local units of special-purpose government. Community Development Area - Defines the boundaries for the Community Development areas used by the Department of Planning and Zoning in their planning function and studies. Geomatics - Subject Properties. Neighborhood Revitalization Area - boundaries of areas that reflect low and moderate income. Neighborhood Stabilization Program - boundaries of areas that are provided emergency assistance to acquire and redevelop foreclosed properties that might otherwise become sources of abandonment and blight within their communities. Enterpsie Zone - Polygon feature class of special areas in the county where certain incentives from the state are available for new business. Developable Site - polygon feature class of developable sites within Miami-Dade County, derived from data received from thr Planning and zoning Department. Brownfield - Polygon feature class of contiguous areas of one or more brownfield sites, such areas may include all or portions of CRDA's, Enterprise and Empowerment zones, or other such designated economically deprived communities and areas, and Environmental Protection Agency-designated brownfield pilot projects. Empowerment Zone - Polygon feature class of Miami-Dade County Empowerment Zone boundaries which basically defines poverty areas, that were derived from pre-selectedCensus Tracts. Target Urban Area - Boundaries that consist of predominantly low-income and depressed areas that were created as a result of the Mayor's Urban Revitalization Task Force. Minor Statistical Area - Boundaries of Miami-Dade County, Planning and Zoning Minor Statistical Areas(MSAs). These study areas are used for planning and analyses purposes - representing groupings of Census. Park Impact Fee COllection Area - Polygon feature class of the Park Impact Fee Collection Areas. The purpose of these boundaries is to provide not only for the minimum level of service established by the CDMP, but also for the additional public park open space and recreation facilities necessary to adequately serve the impacts and demands of new residential development; and to require that future residential growth contribute its fair share to the cost of additions and improvements to the County's public park system in amounts reasonably anticipated to offset the impacts and demands generated by such growth.
